    F-15QA / AH-64 Customer Training Specialist The successfulcandidate will perform the following duties:


    • Conductsanalyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determineappropriate training content, objectives and design.
    • Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technicaltraining.
    • Uses specialized software technology toresearch, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existingmedia and materials.
    • Gathers data to support completeproposal development activities.
    • Create and manage allPurchase Orders, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment tocustomer commitments;
    • Partner with Boeing businessentities on improvement strategies, production readiness, andcritical recoveries;
    • Establish and execute strategies toimprove training programs and processes- champion qualityinitiatives;
    • Serve as the focal for ground safetyprograms and initiatives
    • Works directly with TrainingInstructors and site support staff to ensure processes andsolutions meet the program requirements and schedules;
    • Develops solutions that are imaginative, thorough, predictable, andconsistent with organization objectives;
    • Receivesgeneral direction for work that is reviewed upon completion foradequacy in meeting objectives;
    • Documenting facilitysupport requirements and participate in site surveys. Develop SiteEvaluation Reports and document results, findings andrecommendations
