About the role


As Planning officer under Cabin Services, you will be responsible for the Cabin Crew Training plan, staff rosters and leave bids with relevant stakeholders whilst ensuring efficiency and productivity of resources and manpower.


You will ensure maximum utilization of available resources while ensuring compliance to policies, standards and procedures as laid down by the department.

You will ensure time and attendance management with roster uploads and plan/ prepare training calendar for trainers.

Qualifications:


About you

  • Bachelor's level with minimum 3 years of jobrelated experience required or High School/Vocational/ Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 4 years of jobrelated experience.
It is essential to have

  • Welldeveloped knowledge in planning disciplines, such as rostering or time and schedule management.
  • Knowledge of forecasting for training/resource requirements.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability in creative problem solving and to work in a crossculture environment
  • Ability to work in shift roster pattern.
