Our Holding Group is currently looking for
HEAD OF EVENTS for our Exhibition and Events Company to join Immediately.


In this role, you will design and lead the delivery of a comprehensive events program to facilitate collaboration with prospective clients.

Introduce new models and types of event (including large scale chargeable events) and experiment with innovative ways of achieving outcomes, testing effectiveness at delivering outcomes.


Responsibilities;

  • Develops and directs the overall strategic planning, budget, and execution of exhibitions and third party events.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, sales, marketing, PR, Operations and logistics to develop the business objectives, concepts, deliverables and timelines of a show.
  • Devises innovative solutions and strategies to enhance the impact of Event.
  • Ensures detailed planning and execution of show and evaluates show outcomes based on established metrics for quality and attendance.
  • Reports to the top management
  • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the subfunction and develops budgets//policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.

Qualifications;

  • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • A natural flair for building relationships with people on every level.
  • Great communication skills and an ability to think quickly and clearly under pressure.
  • Quick learner with a willing attitude and the ability to respond to a constantly changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (both speaking & written)
  • Flexible to work longer hours if required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Great experience and knowledge in Events Management
  • 35 years GCC experience in the same field
  • Experience in Qatar market is a must
- with valid Qatar ID
- with valid Qatar driving license

License/Certification:

  • Transferable Qatar ID (preferred)
  • Qatar driving license (preferred)
