Property Consultant to join our growing team


Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage marketing strategies to promote properties on various platforms.
  • Understand and recognize clients' needs and financials capacity to suggest solutions that suit them.
  • Handle negotiation processes, consult clients on market environment, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Introduce properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Recommend properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

Requirements:


  • Currently residing in Qatar
  • Strong in sales, negotiating, presenting, and strong in communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Team leader and can work in a fast phase community.
