Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitmentrelated matters within the assigned organization scope.
- Actively participate in various recruitment projects aimed at enhancing the recruitment process.
- Engage with clients on a casebycase basis, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
Qualification Standards, Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 35 years of work experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of different recruitment and HR processes.
- Preferably, have experience in one or more of the following sectors: Engineering, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Facility Management.
- Prior recruitment experience in the Middle East would be must.
- Excellent English communication skills, and fluency in other languages would be a bonus.
- Proficient in using CRM/ATS software and MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Immediate joining with valid QID and NOC (mandatory)
