    Ibis and Adagio C-Ring Road Doha FinanceManager As our Director of Finance, you are a multi-tasker and areable to work independently, performing a wide range of complex andconfidential administrative duties to support your team.

    You willdirect the accounting and finance functions of the hotel. Ensuringthe integrity of the management of information systems. Timelyreporting operating results to the General Manager and ownerinvestment.

    Analyzeand interpret financial results in order to assist and advise theGeneral Manager, A3 (ownership representative) and the AccorCorporate Team. Maintain balance sheet analysis on at least aquarterly basis and preferably on a monthly basis with fullsupporting detail. Prepare accurate cash flow statements andprojections on a monthly basis and on request. Maximize workingcapital and cash flow statements and projections on a monthly basisand on request. Ensure successful treasury cash management as setforth in the policies and procedures manual. Ensure compliance withmanagement agreements and contracts and attendant legal documents.
    Understanding how those documents translate into financialresponsibilities and how they may effect both the hotel'sand Corporate's financial position.

    Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and planswork activities, uses time efficiently and develops realisticaction plans. Quality control—the individual demonstratesaccuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.

    Adaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the workenvironment, manages competing demands and is able to deal withfrequent change, delays or unexpected events.

    Dependability—the individual is consistently at work andon time, follows instructions, responds to management direction andsolicits feedback to improve performance. Safety andsecurity—the individual actively promotes and personallyobserves safety and security procedures, and uses equipment andmaterials properly.


    Your experience and skills include:
    A graduatedegree in business or equivalent. 3 years' experience ina similar position with thin the hospitality industry. Previousexperience financial reports, P&L and balance sheet. Priorexperience working with Accounting Systems and POS (Sun, Opera)
