    Company QatarEnergy Department Budgeting& Group Fin Mgmt Reporting Primary purpose of job 1.

    Assistthe supervisor in the timely finalization of Annual Budget, BudgetRevisions, Supplementary Budget, Operating Expenditure and OtherOperating Income Schedules, Budget Flash Reports, Variance Analysisand adhoc reports to Management.

    2. Ensure compliance with BudgetProcedures issued by Finance Directorate and applicableInter
    • Departmental procedures issued by Organization and SystemsDepartment.
    3. Responsible to create and maintain document filingsystem. 4.

    Assist the supervisor in evaluating OperatingExpenditure and Other Operating Income Budget and review actualexpenditure against budget on a periodic basis.

    Experience& Skills 1. Over 3 years of experience in a reputedorganization / audit firm preferably with exposure to Oil and GasIndustry. Exposure to Reporting, Budgeting, Costing, FinancialAnalysis and/or Consolidation is preferred. 2. Knowledge inInternational Financial Reporting Standards, Net Present Value,Internal Rate of Return, and Costing is preferable. 3. Goodinterpersonal, communication, coordination and teamwork skills. 4.Good command of English language (verbal and written skills) andcomputer systems with expertise in Microsoft applications (inparticular Excel and PowerPoint) and good working experience inintegrated database system is essential
