    • Develop and ensure the effectiveimplementation of policy, procedures and guidelines relating toHealth, Safety, and Environmental Management includingsustainability, fire safety, and emergencymanagement
    • Manage all HSE related matters toensure the FGS Department is delivering a Facilities Managementservice that is compliant with the law, third party certifiedbodies and QU's internal Policies, Processes andProcedures.
    • Manage the monitoring andinspection of the implementation of HSE guidelines, policies, andprocedures
    • Analyze the findings of inspectionsand monitoring activities for improvementpurposes
    • Providing advice and support acrossall University Departments for HSE relatedmatters.
