Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Community Manager to join our team.

As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our guests and the local community, driving engagement, and enhancing the overall dining experience through exceptional service and hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the restaurant's social media accounts, including Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, and X, to drive engagement, increase followership, and promote brand awareness.
  • Create and curate content that showcases our culinary offerings, special events, and behindthescenes moments, aligning with the restaurant's brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Respond to online guest inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that guest concerns are addressed with empathy and resolution.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to engage with the local community, including partnerships with local businesses, participation in community events, and sponsorships of relevant causes.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with influencers, bloggers, and local media to amplify the restaurant's presence and reach within the community.
  • Plan and coordinate special events, tastings, and exclusive dining experiences to reward loyal guests, attract new customers, and generate buzz within the community.
  • Work closely with the culinary team and frontofhouse staff to ensure seamless execution of events and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback, reviews, and survey data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with management to implement changes and enhancements based on feedback and continually elevate the restaurant's service standards.
  • Cultivate relationships with loyal guests and advocates, recognizing and rewarding their loyalty through personalized gestures and experiences.
  • Support other businesses and affiliate brands of the group

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in community management, customer service, or hospitality, preferably within the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content for social media and other channels.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
