Position: Senior Document Controller

Location: Doha/ China/India/Korea/Oman

Start Date: 01-FEB-2024

End Date: 31-JAN-2026

Responsibilities:

The position will be based in the EPC Contractor's location.

• Assist along with EPC Senior Document Controller in the implementation of Document management process for EPC until the final documentation is received for issuing to the subsequent contractor.
• Ensure complete support to Senior Document Controller in the management of the document control activities of Project's EPC stage.
• The position will also be responsible for archiving of all Final Documentation.
• Senior Document Controller with a strong experience in EDMS specifically MANASA Documentum software.
• Proven experience working in contractor offices as sole document controller.
• Previous experience in oil and gas projects environment in similar position and used to work in a multi-national with at least 8 years' experience.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) with sound communication skills.
• Good University Degree from a recognized University
• Good team spirit, communication and reporting skills, well organized, diligent, confidentiality and initiative.
