Calibre is a part of the F&B Division of MTM Group, Qatar's leading company in health & wellness, is a fast-growing healthy food prep brand that was born in January 2021 with a vision to be the go-to option for every health & fitness enthusiast.


We offer appetizing guilt-free meals tailored to our customer's nutritional goals delivered to their doorsteps via monthly subscriptions or via one of our restaurant branches around Qatar.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team.

As the head of our central kitchen, the Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, developing food menus, adjusting costing, monitoring and supervising production, and reviewing ingredient quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and highquality food production.
  • Develop and maintain menus, including creating new and innovative dishes that align with Calibre's healthy food philosophy.
  • Adjust costing to ensure profitability and competitiveness in the market.
  • Monitor and supervise food production to ensure consistency and adherence to Calibre's standards.
  • Review ingredient quality to ensure that only the freshest and highestquality ingredients are used.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a fastpaced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food development, recipe creation, and healthy recipe creation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
  • Passion for healthy food and dedication to using fresh, whole ingredients.
  • Culinary degree or other relevant qualifications preferred.
