• Be accountable on the design and qualitydevelopment of solutions.
• Responsible for thevalidation, integration and deployment of solutions developed byThales delivery Centers. o Writing and performing manual andautomated tests, o Recording and tracking defects and verifyingfixed defects, o Performing regression and non-functional testing,o Performing acceptances (internal and with customers)
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and solving incidents byexecuting in depth analysis of Thales solutions or escalating tothe Level 3 team, only if needed.
• Remaining highlyorganized and meeting deadlines.
• Lead a team providingPKI operations support and Digital ID Thales applications supportincluding investigation, analysis, development, testing anddeployment.
• You will perform a specific PKI roleassigned to you in a managerial context and execute day to day PKIoperations as per documented operational check lists.
• Strong technical skills to optimize the architecture, code, datastructure, bandwidth, memory, and CPU use of the servers.
• Responsible for adhering to the development process andsecurity guidelines for each delivery.
• Responsible forproducing the documentation related to quality guidelines andvalidating documents from the developers.
• Integrationand support for Level 2 maintenance team for the deployment andstability of the delivery.
• Participate in productmigration and deployment at customer sites.
• Stay up todate with industry best practices, emerging technologies, andsecurity threats in a distributed environment.
• Traincustomers and other Thales team members on the solution andtechnology whenever required. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as an application support Team leader,with a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise systemssupport demonstrating high level of responsibility supportingapplications, infrastructure, information security and governance.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle(SDLC) processes and methodologies.
• Experience withPrivate Cloud computing across virtualized and containerizedenvironments.
• Extensive understanding of Windows andRedHat Linux.
• Demonstrable experience delivering a highlevel of customer service and leading a team within a largeorganization.
• Working knowledge on PKI concepts,Certificates Management (infrastructure & architecture).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, withthe ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributedenvironment. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
• Java and .NETdevelopment experience using Microsoft's latest technologystack (.net core, MVC, C#, web forms, APIs, etc).
• Webservice/REST API, SoapUI, JavaScript Framework, HTML/CSS.
• Microservices on Kubernetes, Docker, and Containers onboth local and cloud platforms.
• Identity AccessManagement (SAML, OpenID, Oauth 2.0,etc.,).
