With a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, we are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as the Head of Operations.


Position Overview:
As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in steering the operational functions of our business.

You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency, quality service delivery, and a seamless customer experience and cost control.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance overall business performance.
  • Streamline and improve processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Monitor and analyse operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operational objectives with overall company goals.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior operational role within the automotive or leasing industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
