The clinical nurse is responsible for competently providing safe and effective care to Women and Children, with mínimal supervision by the Clinical Nurse Leader.

The clinical nurse assesses care needs, plans, and implements and evaluates programs of care.
The clinical nurse s responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out to the highest possible standard.

  • Contributes to special projects/assignments linked to therapy strategic priorities and professional practice model
  • Liaises and works within an interprofessional practice model to ensure high quality, holistic, and safe family centered care
  • Acts as an advocate by empowering women/children and their families to make informed choices by providing them with information, support, and direction to the relevant support services when appropriate
  • Identifies and alerts members of the medical team to changes in medical status of the patient
  • Identifies impairments and refer to other medical specialties when necessary
  • Liaises with the appropriate services in the community and provides transfer/discharge information
  • Documents all relevant information correctly, appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Participates in retention activities to meet the service specific turnover rate goal

Salary:
QAR7, QAR8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
