Job Summary
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and skill
- Design and develop training programs, workshops, and courses that align with organizational goals and employee development needs
- Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, elearning modules, videos, and written content
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) or other platforms for delivering and tracking training content.
- Design methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, such as assessments and feedback surveys
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring costeffective delivery of training programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees seeking professional development opportunities
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in curriculum development, and training program management
- Strong understanding of learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Healthcare experience & TOT certificate is advantage
