Aboutthis team We are actively seeking a Senior Smart Contract Engineerwith a robust background in Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain developmentand Protocol Engineering to sit within our Engineering team.
Inthis role, you will spearhead the development and maintenance ofsmart contracts, focusing particularly on Layer 2 solutions toenhance scalability and efficiency.
Collaborating closely withproduct managers, designers, and engineers, you will beinstrumental in creating and implementing scalable and innovativeblockchain solutions for our platform.
Responsibilities:
Ethereum Smart Contract Development:
Lead thedesign, development, and deployment of secure and efficient smartcontracts on Ethereum Layer 2 blockchains. Implement industry bestpractices for code quality, security, and optimization.
Blockchain Architecture and System Design:
Collaborate with theproduct team to define and develop the technical architecture forblockchain solutions, ensuring integration with Layer 2 and Layer 3technologies.
Standards and Protocol Integration:
Keepup-to-date with the latest advancements in Ethereum Layer 2solutions and Layer 3 solutions. Evaluate and integrate emergingprotocols and standards into our blockchain ecosystem.
Testing, Auditing, and Optimization:
Conduct extensive testing,debugging, and auditing of smart contracts to ensure optimalfunctionality and security. Focus on optimizing contracts forEthereum Layer 2 environments, addressing scalability andperformance challenges.
Technical Leadership andCollaboration:
Provide technical expertise and guidance in EthereumLayer 2 or Layer 3 technologies, leading cross-functional teams andmentoring junior engineers.
Documentation and KnowledgeSharing:
Create in-depth technical documentation and foster aculture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within theteam.
