Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 to 7 years of working experience handling building construction industries (Highrise buildings, commercial/Residential Buildings, villas or compound)
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS software
- Male or Female
Duties:
- Establishing cost based line
- Conduct cost controlling as per project budget
- Conducting cost variances
- Prepare variation orders
- Monitoring purchasing processes and Progress Payment
- Willing to work at project site
Job Types:
