Operational Responsibilities DICSupport Analyst

DigitalIncubation Center

Provide robustproject Management support.

Develop internalreports to track project progress and key performanceindicators.

Provide analytical support andbenchmarking against best practices.

Assist inorganizing and coordinating Idea Camp events including intakeprograms and training sessions for newstartups.

Help manage the application process forstartups seeking to join the IdeaCamp.

Coordinate with mentors and trainers toensure smooth execution of the Idea Campcurriculum.

Provide logistical support duringIdea Camp events including setting up venues and coordinating withvendors.

Assist in planning and organizing eventsto help startups expand into new globalmarkets.

Coordinate with local partners andstakeholders to support startups in their market entryefforts.

Help manage relationships withinternational partners throughout the Go to Marketprogram.

Assist in the implementation of theMentoring Program by identifying suitable mentors coordinatingmentoring sessions and providing administrativesupport.

Support the Training and SpeakerSessions program by assisting in the organization of workshopscoordinating with speakers and ensuring smooth eventlogistics.

Actively support with program deliveryensuring appropriate rigor and structure is implemented in allprogram deliverables.

Support with onboarding ofnew vendor to the Digital IncubationCenter.

OtherResponsibilities

Promote activecollaboration between the Digital Incubation Center iLab and TAMSUAccelerator.

Coordinate with each program forregular performance reports ensuring transparency andaccountability.

Support with monitoring qualitystandards across all three initiatives ensuring they meet or exceedset benchmarks.

Assist in the planning andexecution of events that involve participation from the DigitalIncubation Center iLab and TASMUAccelerator.

Coordinate logistics communicationand materials to ensure seamless collaboration acrossinitiatives.

Support with the implementation ofbest practice document managementpractices.

Contribute to the alignment of keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across the DigitalIncubation Center iLab and TASMUAccelerator.

Assist in developing a unifiedreporting system that provides a comprehensive overview of thecollective impact of the initiatives.
