• Process test specimens and sampleparts. Independently setup, adjust and operate a variety ofconventional and NC shot peen machines.
• Mayinclude multiple nozzle, multiple axis, or multiple wheelmachines.
• Develop and edit programs as requiredto obtain specified surface conditioning of parts, materials, tooland test panels.
• Determine specific areas to beshot peened, layout reference points or guidelines for theprocessing of test specimens and sampleparts.
• Work with and interpret blueprints,sketches, documents, work orders, written and verbalinformation.
