IT TRAINING CENTER HEAD


We are currently looking for a
Training Center Head who are specialist in helping businesses by establishing, facilitating, supervising and overseeing overall operations, management and strategic direction of a training programs and services, while ensuring the Training Center's sustainability and growth in competitive market.


Responsibilities includes:


  • Leading and managing the Training Center staff.
  • Developing and updating training programs
  • Ensuring quality training delivery and instructor effectiveness
  • Managing resources and budget efficiently.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Marketing and business development
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports
  • Supporting instructor training and development
  • Driving continuous improvement in training methodologist and operations

Requirement:
(For Local Hire and Overseas)

  • M/F
  • Any Nationality with bachelor's degree specifically in IT or equivalent
  • At least 3+ years' experience in any Training Center as Head/Manager
  • Must have strong experience in managing a Training Center
  • Must have IT background and experience
  • Residing in Qatar with valid QID and NOC
