Department
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVR (IDD EL-SHARGI)


Primary purpose of job
The primary function of this position supports company's efforts to HSE Department

goals, to develop, prepare, maintain and deliver QP and Contractor HSE compliance

programs. Professional HSE guidance and leadership in training, policy & procedure

development, audits, risk assessments, QP HSEMS and contractor HSE programs, and

other HSE activities.


Experience & Skills

  • 10 years' experience minimum, 2 years as a Manager/Supervisory, Broad knowledge of HSE matters, HSE laws,
Regulations, policies and procedures.

  • High organization and negotiation skills, Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong customer (operations) focus & credibility within the organization,
Able to develop personnel.

  • Subject matter apprenticeship or trade associated in line with the role is advantageous

Education
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health safety and NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum.
