As a Tax Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

Providing inbound phone and video customer service and technical support to our customers, answering their questions and guiding them through the software.

Analyzing and resolving customer issues related to software navigation and locating prior years' returns and amendments.
Serving as an ambassador for our brand, taking a caring and empathetic approach to all customer interactions.
Documenting all issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.

To be considered for this role, you must be located in the United States (excluding CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, and WI). Additional equipment is required, including a Logitech C170 webcam, noise-canceling headset, and a computer with an i5 processor (i7 recommended), Windows bit preferred), and current OS patches. You should also have an active firewall and anti-malware solution with current definitions.
