• Following up factory for repair orreplacement.
• Documenting delivery notes to PMfor him to prepare the invoice.
• Handing overLC, Invoice, Bank guarantee etc tocustomer.
• Following up on payment and feedbackto PM.
• SAP entry forGRN.
• Handling order as per salesguidelines.
