    1. Collecttechnical data for the preparation of CMMStemplates.

    2. Developequipment hierarchy for plants facilities as per companyprocedures.

    3. Conductregular data checks to ensure compliance with data structure andcorrect and complete formats with required level of history andreport findings regularly.

    4.Ensure CMMS database is updated with latest projectdocumentation and relevant changes.

    5.Ensure all equipment in the registry conforms tostandardized numbering convention.

    6.Complete quality check of all templates and loadfiles to ensure compliance with companyprocedures.

    7. Ensure futureasset cost centers are captured in the database to allow WorkOrders initiation.

    8. Liaiseregularly with end users to ensure effective use of CMMS system andits associated applications.
