The Date Palm Specialist will be responsible for the care, maintenance, and cultivation of date palm trees to ensure optimal growth and productivity.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in date palm cultivation, including experience in pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and irrigation techniques.

• Monitor and maintain the health and condition of date palm trees.
• Perform regular pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth and maintain the desired shape of the trees.
• Implement appropriate fertilization and irrigation methods to ensure proper nutrition and hydration for the date palm trees.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any signs of disease, pest infestation, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Develop and implement pest control strategies to prevent and minimize damage to the date palm trees.
• Perform regular soil analysis to ensure the optimal soil conditions for growth.
• Coordinate with other team members to schedule and execute planting, replanting, and transplanting activities.
• Maintain proper records of tree performance, interventions, and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in date palm cultivation techniques.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on date palm tree care and maintenance.

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in date palm cultivation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of date palm tree species, growth patterns, and cultivation techniques.
• Familiarity with pruning, fertilization, irrigation, and pest control methods specific to date palm trees.
• Proficient in conducting soil analysis and interpreting results.
• Ability to identify and address common date palm tree diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
