- Maximize storeprofitability by tapping different sources of income to increasesales and assist in managing inventory and controlling variablecosts.
- Prepare data for producing daily, weekly, and quarterlyfinancial reports.
- Ensure all cash handling procedures areperformed in an accurate and consistent manner, and in accordancewith company policies and procedure.
- Train the team on newproducts and follow up sales performance in different saleschannels (dine in, take out, home delivery, etc.)
- Talk to customers to get first time impressions and build lastingbusiness relationships.
- Properly place food and non food materialsrequisitions using stock management system
- Abide to restaurantoperating hours based on venue and legal requirements
- Monitorcontrollable costs and strive to achieve required financialobjectives
- Build robust partnerships and / or networks with keygovernmental and business bodies or institutions
- Determine dailyand weekly staffing needs according to business volume with a focuson productivity aspects
