Job summary

Handle incoming catering, social, and wedding inquiries and convert them into confirmed business Proactively upsell menus venues AV décor and added services to maximize total event revenue Identify and develop new business opportunities within Arabic-speaking markets and social segments Build strong relationships with wedding planners social event planners and key clients Negotiate contracts pricing and terms in line with hotel strategy and approvals Achieve individual and team revenue targets Conduct professional site inspections to convert business Create proposals and contracts in line with hotel standards Ensure all event payments deposits and guarantees are received as per finance policy Coordinate manage social events weddings ensuring all client requirements are delivered with precision Support corporate events when assigned by management Act as the main point of contact for clients from contract to event day Coordinate menu tastings support menu planning with clients culinary team Assist clients coordinating external vendors florists furniture linen entertainment etc Prepare floor plans seating plans event coordination materials Conduct site inspections planning meetings leading up to events Meet greet clients on the day of the event oversee smooth execution Conduct proper event handovers Banquet Operations for flawless delivery Proactively solve problems onsite protect guest experience revenue Gather client feedback share insights CCS leadership Attend BEO meetings ensure full operational alignment across Banquets Culinary AV Engineering Security Front Office Ensure all event details accurately entered maintained Delphi / Amadeus Prepare distribute Daily Event Reports relevant stakeholders Ensure BEOs floor plans operational notes complete accurate issued timely Ensure smooth internal communication departments involved delivery File contracts maintain organized digital physical files timely collection signatures Maintain accurate client/event records systems Manage correspondence CCS-related inquiries professionally timely manner Compile data internal reporting Process business-related forms including refunds complimentary forms entertainment vouchers expense reports Ensure compliance hotel systems policies procedures
