Overseeing all supply chain operations.

  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Preparing bills and invoices
  • Managing distribution and shipment budgets
  • Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
  • Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
  • Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
  • Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
  • Tracking and fixing shipping errors
  • Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
  • Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.

Qualification:


  • Have good knowledge of International Logistics & Freight
  • Well aware with Incoterms
  • Must familiar with Qatar customs & Government approvals
  • Advance in Excel
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in freight & Logistic
  • Must have knowledge to arrange shipping documents for import clearance

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
QAR3, QAR4,000.00 per month

  • Rawḍat Rāshid: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
