POSITION PURPOSE:

Collaborating with clients, architects, and interior designers to conceptualize and execute furniture solutions for B2B projects.

Pivotal in driving the success of B2B and project segments by bringing innovative and customized furniture solutions which are essential in driving growth and success in the B2B market segment.


DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Coordination:


  • Work closely with B2B clients, architects, and interior designers to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Participate in project briefings, site visits, and meetings to gather insights, identify challenges, and propose design solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.

Concept Development and Design:


  • Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and furniture layouts that align with the project's aesthetic vision, functionality, and budget.
  • Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications for custom furniture pieces.
  • Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed to achieve consensus.

Product Selection and Customization:


  • Collaborate with the product development team to select suitable furniture products from Enza Home's catalog or develop custom solutions tailored to project requirements.
  • Source materials, finishes, and accessories that complement the design concept and meet quality standards while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, to ensure timely delivery of custom furniture pieces.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:


  • Conduct quality inspections and assessments to verify that manufactured furniture meets design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Address any quality issues or deviations from the approved designs, working proactively to resolve discrepancies and maintain client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers, serving as a trusted advisor and design consultant throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and support to foster longterm partnerships.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B project design, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and graphic design tools.
  • Strong creative vision, design sensibility, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast paced, deadlinedriven
environment.
