• Greet customers and communicate with them about their vehicle needs
• Create service orders and schedule repairs with the workshop team
• Explain repairs and maintenance to customers and provide estimates of cost and time required for repairs
• Manage the progress of repairs and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
• Ensure that repairs are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
• Upsell additional services and maintenance as required
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and repairs
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers
• Maintain knowledge of current automotive technology and trends
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Valid Qatar driving license
• Knowledge of passenger and commercial vehicles
• Basic computer skills, including experience with ERP software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Do you have a Transferable visa with NOC

• Qatar Driving License (preferred)
