Position: Ivanti Consultant (English & Arabic speaking candidate)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Type of Employment: Contract/Full-Time

Salary Range: BEST IN MARKET

Start Date: 30 to 60 days

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ivanti Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Ivanti ITSM solutions, and providing both technical and functional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Ivanti ITSM Tools: Lead and manage the implementation of Ivanti Neurons, Ivanti Service Manager, and HEAT ITSM across diverse industries.

• System Architecture and Design: Develop and architect solutions that meet the specific needs of the client.

• Facilitation: Conduct and facilitate meetings effectively to ensure clear communication and project progression.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an IT environment, with specific experience in implementing Ivanti ITSM solutions.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in ITSM and ITIL frameworks, with a strong understanding of IT Asset Management, Service Desk/Delivery, and Change Management.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Active Directory and Intune.

• Proficiency in MS Suite/O365.

• Experience in developing and measuring KPIs.
