Your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing the field services resources
• Supporting the CTS Team in achieving targets
• Building and empowering a strong team of Field services through effective guidance
• Assisting in preparing Hotel Budget guidelines to present to owners
• Ensuring the delivery of the Field Services
• Ensuring the satisfaction of the clients following on FS intervention
• Providing KPIs and Dashboard
• Coordinating projects within the Region and as well as their execution
• Overseeing and assisting with the implementation of Accor Tech initiatives at a hotel level
• Ensuring compliance with Corporate and industry standards guidelines and requirements
