About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Supervisor to join our team.

As a Business Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the affairs of our company and driving our business growth.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build relationships with key clients and manage client relationships
• Negotiate and close deals
• Manage a team of sales representatives
• Prepare and present sales proposals
• Track sales performance and report results

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales with educational degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
