    Responsibilities:

    Review the RM process procedure draft and identified improvements.

    Establish RM team to validate and test the process scope and activities. Run Pilot for Release management process.

    Review and validate the RM process-related CSI records. Work with RM module support team to implement and test the new process

    Skills

    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related fields. ITIL 3 foundation certification. ITIL 3 Practitioner certification. ITIL 3 Intermediate certifications. ITIL 4 foundation certification.

    10 years of experience with Release management.

    Job-Specific Skills:

    Ability to use ITSM tools BMC-Remedy and Helix

    Experienced in using Microsoft Office, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint
