Al Jazeera Manpower is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our growing team If you're interested in the position, kindly find below the Minimum Qualifications and the Role's Duties and Responsibilities.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 or 2 years as a Business Development and Marketing Executive or in relevant fields
  • Experience with handling accounts in the Oil and Gas Sector
  • Background in Manpower services
  • Able to speak and write in English (required)
  • Able to speak and write in Arabic (preferred)
  • Able to start immediately, has valid QID and NOC

Role's Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide input into the development of new products or services based on market feedback.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients or projects.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities and progress.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients or partners.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Identify target audiences and segment markets for personalized marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Analyze consumer trends, market conditions, and competitor data to refine marketing strategies.
