PROJECT SERVICES

Primary purpose of job:


  • Analyses business problems in the context of business processes, business requirements, business scenarios, interfaces
and high level business architecture and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to enable VP to achieve its

strategic objectives.

  • Elicit, analyse, validate and communicate business requirements for automation and integration of business processes.

Experience & Skills:


  • At least 6+ years of experience in process management or similar functions with a corporate, technology company.
  • Project management experience as well as experiences in running and moderating workshops
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a very high level of personal responsibility and motivation
  • Analytical and creative mindset and know how to document, analyse and optimise complex processes in a
multi-stakeholder environment

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and
documentation skills.

  • A proven selfstarter and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.
  • Experience in managing and executing business analysis assignments as per projected scope, time and within planned
budgets.

  • Excellent strategic and logical thinking, persuasion, negotiation, and decision making skills.

Education:


  • Bachelors or Masters level degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
