Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the business. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Negotiate and manage commercial contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve company objectives. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and projects. Manage budgets and financial performance to meet revenue and profitability targets. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to drive operational excellence. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, MBA preferred.

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Soft skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Personal qualities: Strategic thinker, problemsolver, and resultsoriented.
  • Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
  • Preferably from a background in the industry related to the company's business.
  • Certifications in Operations Management or Commercial Management is a plus.
  • At least 57 years of experience in operations and commercial management.
