Qualification & Experience:

• B.

E. /B.Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation & Control /Automation Engineering.
OR Diploma in Engineering with additionalnumber of years experience.

• Minimum of 8 to 12 years experience inMaintenance of on line analyzers in Oil & GasIndustry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures efficient and cost effectivedelivery of all Services of Analyser maintenance
• Plans, coordinatesand supervises the activities and resources of the online analyzerMaintenance Team for day to day activities related to maintenanceof online analyzers.

Coordinates closely with Maintenance Team todevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

• Preparesdetailed equipment check lists for each maintenance cycle and theestimated man hour and skill requirements.
• Monitors and overseesthe execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs andactivities.
• Provides technical advice and assistance, and makesrecommendations based upon field observation and maintenanceneeds.
• Reviews and discusses maintenance work progress, performanceand related issues with technicians.
• Receives, investigates, andresolves complaints related to on line analyzer problems.

Evaluatesinnovative technologies, identifies opportunities for improvementand recommends changes/upgrades to maximize output andprofitability.

• Advises on availability of materials, spares,consumables including calibration and carrier gases and tools forsmooth execution of activities.

Coordinates with Procurement andStores and follows up on stock levels to ensure that stocks aremaintained at adequate levels for planned work programs.

• Preparesand reviews various maintenance and performance reports such asPreliminary Failure and Root Cause Analysis Reports.

Monitors theeffectiveness of preventive maintenance programs and recommendschanges as required.

• Monitors the quality and performance of onlineanalyzer maintenance programs against the agreed analyzer KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) and ensures continuous improvement ofservices.

Liaises closely with Operations Technical Services andother Maintenance Units to coordinate major shutdowns andturn-around activities.

• Manages the work requests in relation topriorities, resources, equipment and sparesavailabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
• Fluency inEnglish.
