    Job Sumnmary The hostess is responsible forgreeting customers as they arrive and as they leave while ensuringthey had an excellent dining experience.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties orspecial services for diners and inform the manager for him tocoordinate the needed preparations.
    • Greet arrivingcustomers with a friendly and welcoming approach, seat them andprovide menus as they wait for the waiter/waitress to serve them.
    • Provide support in inspecting the serving stations inthe dining area to ensure neatness and cleanliness.
    • Direct and instruct waiters/waitresses on customer needs to ensurecustomers receive fast and quality service from the moment theyarrive.
    • Prepare the workstation, maintain an organizedreservation book and always make sure the menus are wiped down,free of spots or stains, and complete. Qualifications, Experience,Knowledge
    • High School Degree
    • One year ofexperience in a similar role
