FEMALE - HR MANAGER

Languages:
English, Hindi

Experience Level: 3-4 years (Qatar Experience mandatory)


HR Responsibilities:


  • Handle end to end recruitment process
  • Well versed with all the labor laws, labor disputes
  • Responsible for creating all the onboarding documents, inductions and documentation of new employees
  • Maintaining the database and documentation of all employees (HRMS/Folders)
  • Preparation of SIF files, coordinating with the WPS on the payroll every month
  • Coordinate with the PRO on all the visa related processing
  • Conduct exit interviews, Grievance handling & employee retention
  • Handle all day to day HR activities and escalations

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Human Resources Manament: 1 year (preferred)
