Job Summary We areseekinga Strategy Specialist to join the Strategy, BD &MarketImpact Division of the LTC Business & ProjectDevelopmentDepartment.

The Strategy, BD & Market ImpactDivision isresponsible for four main areas:
Strategy &BusinessDevelopment, Market Intelligence, Economical &Financialanalysis, and general program support.

The StrategySpecialistprimary role is to review the strategy and criticallycomment onthe strategic implications of the external businessenvironment onthe strategy & business results.

Collect andanalyze theshareholder expectations, macro-economic and markettrends, marketresearch data for Downstream petrochemicals andactual businessperformance. Scan the competitive landscape to findopportunitiesof expansion and business development. The candidatewill alsocoordinate the development of new strategy, provideanalyticalsupport and facilitate strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities:

• Act as a "StrategyAdvisor" for the Liquid toChemical program and relatedissues, providing strategic andprocess-related insights to the LTCBusiness & ProjectDevelopment Department.
• Provide commercial andtechnical expertise in executing thedownstream strategy, includingevaluating strategic options,identifying tradeoffs, and developingimplementation plans.
• Play a leading role inthe development and updates of theLTC's Strategy in collaborationwith other Subject MatterExperts (SMEs) across various businessand support lines.
• Generate and proposestrategic options to management, supported byappropriateanalysis.
• Initiate, organize, andoverseemanagement-approved studies and investigations related toplanningand program implementation.
• Provideexpertsupport to the concerned division to ensure the successofprojects.
• Mentor, train, and developyoungprofessionals in the field

Requirements:

• This rolerequired candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran, SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering,Economics, Business Administration,Accounting, Finance, or aclosely related specialty.
• An MBA or a relevant advanceddegree is stronglypreferred.
• Have a minimum of 15 yearsofexperience in strategy development, strategic planning,andscenario planning within the oil and gas andpetrochemicalsindustry.
• Possess a combination oftechnical,operational, commercial, and strategic experience, whichis highlydesirable.
