Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to meet production demands.
Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize storage space and streamline inventory flow.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and returns.
Oversee the handling and storage of hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Train and supervise inventory staff, providing guidance on best practices and procedures.
Prepare reports on inventory status, performance metrics, and recommendations for process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
8 to 15 years of proven experience in inventory control within the metals manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and drive results.
Knowledge of safety regulations related to handling hazardous materials.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
