- To advise, support and give guidance on Occupational andConstruction related health and safety matters to the seniormanagement team, project managers.
- To interpret thelegislative duties and requirements relevant to FMS and to provideguidance on pragmatic and costeffective management systems toensure risk reduction and risk control to the level required bylaw.
- To work alongside the FM services Manager inimplementing an H&S policy and management systems, and toprovide and deliver management reports and information.
- Plan and coordinate specialist and routine cyclical safety trainingas part of general training needs analysis for the service.
- Identify health and safety risks within the remit of FMSand recommend management solutions.
- Provide generic andspecialist risk assessments as appropriate and assist managers inthis process of risk control.
- Undertake specificprojects related to Health & Safety, under the direction ofthe FM Services Manager.
- To create and write anenvironmental policy and ensure that all services being provided bythe FM team meet all QA and HealthStandards
