Job Description

Job Title : Manager, Financial Budgeting and Business Planning
The incubment will work for the Business Partnering and Budgeting team.
Responsibilities :
Assisting the SVP Financial Budgeting and Business Planning to create a long term financial strategies to maximize shareholer value wilst pursuing prudent polices.
Create and maintain long-term financial plans, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, and cash flow analysis, to support the organization's strategic goals.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Generate regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and explanations for key financial metrics.
Collaborate with business units to develop strategic business plans, including market analysis, growth strategies, and investment priorities.
Implenting KPI's and best practices for "Manager, Financial Budgeting and Business Planning"
-- Location : Qatar
Qualifications :
> 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibility.
> Leadership and team management skills.
> Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus.
> Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
> Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in financial software and tools.
