Responsibilities

• Must be willing to work 1st shift– 6:30 – 2:30 or7:00-3:30
• Leads all aspects of the generaloperation, repair, and maintenance of the productionequipment's, perform new installations, and perform thePMs.
• Troubleshoot and respond to normaloperations problems and emergencysituations.
• Knowledge in high- and low-voltagesystems, such as transformers, high voltage primary feed andsecondary transformers to include installation, troubleshooting andrepair as required.
• Checks malfunctioningequipment and puts corrective actions inplace.
• Monitors operation and maintains:motors, rectifiers, debarring's, hoist, crane, punchpress, grinders, pumps, valves, electrical and compress air piping,filters and etc.
