    Job Title: Business Development Manager - Data Protection and Cyber Security

    We are looking for a highly skilled professional who will drive and improve vendor sales while meeting vendor and company objectives and targets. You will oversee all layers of the sales channel and improve product depth and market share for all tiers.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Establish key relationships with assigned partner accounts.
    2. Coordinate the involvement of our personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
    3. Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
    4. Lead joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
    5. Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
    6. Sell through partner organizations to end users.
    7. Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
    8. Develop solutions that best address end-user needs.
    9. Ensure partner compliance with agreements.
    10. Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

    Talent Requirements:

    1. At least 7 years of experience in IT sales/Business Development.
    2. Experience selling Data Protection & Cybersecurity solutions in Qatar.
    3. Enthusiastic and driven with a strong will to succeed.
    4. A self-starter and team player.
    5. A customer-first mentality able to utilize relationships to drive results.
