The Training Cell Junior Supervisor isresponsible for the design and implementation of competency toolsets that both identify training requirements and record completedtraining. They will also have an in depth working knowledge of bothOn/Off aircraft and workshop competency profiles at all levels ofseniority.
The requirement of this role is toliaise and support maintenance personnel and managers at all levelsto navigate and succeed in utilising all available media andtraining routes to be able to demonstrate compliance andcompetency, in particular an in depth knowledge of training toolsets and the lead stakeholders is essential for thisrole.
The post holder will supervise personnelwho are undertaking a range of training activities in order tomaintain competency and currency within the maintenanceorganisation.
Updatingtraining materials to reflect changes to systems, developments andupgrades and to meet developing or changing requirements asdirected by the Training Cell Senior Supervisor.
Inconjunction with the training cell Senior Supervisor ensure thattraining materials conform to the appropriate configuration andstandards
Establishing and maintaining training schedulesand delivery programmes to meet the needs and requirements asdirected by the Training Cell SeniorSupervisor
Supporting the development of trainingmaterial via the tTraining Cell Senior Supervisor for bespoke ornew training requirements, either by outsourcing or producingtraining courses
Delivering Induction Training to allemployees in accordance with the induction plan. Other deliverableswould include Continuation training, Manual Handling and Working atHeight
Delivering SHE briefings in conjunction with theon-site SHE co-ordinator
Completing training records toensure competency and currency of maintenance personnel to provideevidence to the compliant authority
Liaising withoutside agencies to arrange training and refreshertraining
