1. التعاون مع العملاء الداخليين لفهم متطلبات العمل لتطوير مشروع تحويل S / 4HANA وتنفيذ تخصيص الوظائف الحالية.
2. دعم الأعمال/المدخلات الوظيفية ومواصفات الأعمال/الوظيفية:
أ. إدارة الواجهات والمشاركة بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والمستخدمين الرئيسيين في دعم مشروع تحويل SAP بشأن نقاط قرار المشروع الرئيسية لضمان اتخاذ القرار في الوقت المناسب، وتصعيد المشكلات عند الضرورة إلى المنتدى المناسب.
ب. تخطيط وتسهيل مراجعات الأعمال مع المستخدمين الرئيسيين، والتنسيق مع رؤساء F&P وقيادة التفاعلات بين F&P والفرق الفنية (IT وSAP)، بما في ذلك: جمع متطلبات العمل؛ حل المشكلات والخلافات بين رؤساء قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات ورؤساء المالية والإنتاج.
ج. الاتصال بالأعمال التجارية لحل التحديات وتقديم الخيارات وتحديد الحلول.
3. توفير الخبرة المالية في الموضوع لفرق تطوير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتعاون مع فرق ضمان الجودة ومستخدمي الأعمال لاختبار الوظائف المطورة قبل نشرها في الإنتاج.
4. التعاون مع محللي الأعمال والمطورين والمختبرين ودعم الإنتاج الآخرين خلال كل مرحلة من مراحل دورة حياة تطوير البرامج وإظهار الوظائف الحالية والجديدة لأصحاب المصلحة من العملاء.
