Summary:


Support HR department with a range of activities, including assist in recruitment, coordinating meetings, maintaining employee database, and creating policies and documents.

Act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.


Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and conduct orientation for new hires.

Assist with day-to-day HR operations and duties.

Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Director.

Process documentation and prepare reports.

Address employee requests and assist with payroll.

Handle complaints and grievances.

Coordinate HR projects.

Maintain employee records (hard and soft copies).


Skills:
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).

Hands-on experience with SAP, HRIS or HRMS.

Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law.

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong communications skills.
