• Embed enhanced contractrequirements in public relations, logistics, site organisation,KPIs, lean tools and techniques within projects;
• Run briefings and training for Client, Consultant andContractor organisations. Maintain briefing records and identifyrequirement for additional support.
• Supportcoaching project teams on enhanced delivery and recommendimprovements.
• Facilitate workshops,collaborative planning, waste walks, 5S audits, lean interventionsand problem solving for consultants and contractors.
• Support and review the development of Lean implementationplans by Consultant/Contractors.
• Ensurereporting on continuous improvement by project teams.
• Support development of and implement project assessmentmetrics (tangible and qualitative). Audit and track projectperformance. Gather quantitative and qualitative data, analyse,report and support actions, applying statistical analysis to advisesenior management on status and improvements.
• Generate and demonstrate tangible benefits from projectsby use of metrics and Lean tools.
• Supportknowledge share sessions across projects, contractors andconsultants.
• Collect and disseminate examplesand ideas for innovative and best practice
• Support the development of tools and guidance to supportproject teams
• Support the development ofmaterials for training and briefing, standard procedures andawareness raising.
• Coordinate with variousdepartments of the Client Programme – construction,design, commercial, stakeholder, public relations; as well as theproject supervision consultant and contractors teams
• Support all construction improvement initiatives ofClient projects, as required and directed
